Static Control Products for Plastic Film Industry

Static electricity problem: During winding, interlayer static electricity adsorption causes a "tunnel effect" (the air inside the coil cannot be discharged). The static electricity in the slitting/rewinding process causes the film to shift (an error of ± 0.5mm will result in waste). Static electricity causes surface adsorption of dust and hair (particles>50 per square meter are considered defective).

Solution: Deploy static eliminators at key workstations such as winding and slitting to neutralize static electricity.
