Static electricity problem: Static electricity adsorbs dust and hair, causing dirt on the surface of printed materials. Uneven ink transfer (such as static electricity causing dot expansion or contraction). The interlayer adhesion and difficulty in slitting during the winding of the coil material. Static electricity causes material displacement.

Solution: Install ion rods on both sides of the printing machine guide roller to neutralize the surface charge of the material. An ion fan is installed at the cutting edge of the slitting machine to eliminate static electricity during slitting.
