Static electricity problem: The crystal panel industry is extremely sensitive to static electricity, as its core materials (such as liquid crystal molecules, ITO conductive films, polarizers, etc.) are easily damaged by static electricity, leading to display defects (such as bright spots, dark lines, uneven colors) and even permanent device failure.

Solution: Install ionizing air blower at glass substrate cleaning and bonding stations to neutralize surface static charges, and install electrostatic brushes or ion rods at the entrance/exit of the conveyor belt to eliminate substrate surface charges.
