Yes, we are the source factory and we can provide customized services according to your requirements. We have production department, research and development department, quality control department, sales and after-sales service department, etc.

Does it support customized production?

We support customized services such as logo, packaging, and functional adjustments, but we require you to provide specific requirements. The MOQ for customized orders is usually 20 pieces, with a production cycle of 10 days.

What is the unit price? Can you provide a discount?

Our static eliminators have different unit prices. They are cheap because we are the original manufacturer, and for large orders, we can enjoy at least 95% discount. For specific quotes, please contact sales for communication.

What are the payment methods?

We support T/T and PayPal (applicable to small orders). Specific terms can be negotiated based on the cooperation situation.

How to ensure product quality?

We provide the following guarantees: ① Product qualification certificate before leaving the factory; ② Support third-party inspection (such as SGS); ③ Warranty period of one year.

Can you provide free samples?

The specific sample fee is subject to sales communication (which can be deducted from subsequent orders), and the shipping fee is borne by you. If the order quantity is large, the sample fee will be fully refunded.

Are there any relevant certifications (such as CE, UKCA, ISO9001, ROHS)?

Our product has passed CE/UKCA/ISO9001/RoHS certification. You can check it on the official website or certification body platform at any time.

Can international transportation be arranged?

We have long-term partnerships with DHL, FedEx, ocean freight agents, and others to arrange door-to-door transportation for you. Based on your destination, we estimate shipping costs and delivery times to serve you with the best shipping method.

How is after-sales support?

We provide email response within 24 hours and technical solutions within 48 hours. If any damage occurs during transportation, please provide photos and waybill numbers, and we will send a replacement or refund.
